We're celebrating Springtime with great dinner parties around Chicago.

In 2009 we served a decadent French Creole feast at one of our favorite west side BYOB's - Quench the Experience. The meal was a big success thanks to Garland Green, now a chef at Rick Bayless's new XOCO joint. He showed us how to make the perfect etouffee.
